Job Description
  • This role requires a strong background in project management, with a focus on leading multiple programs and projects to support strategic objectives.
  • You will develop and maintain essential project infrastructure, including charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
  • You will support project strategy, assist teams in making key decisions, and manage project governance and stakeholder relationships.
  • You will organize and facilitate project activities such as kick-offs, team meetings, decision-making processes, and communications.
  • You will coordinate integration of multiple projects, managing interdependencies and optimizing resource allocation.
  • You will mentor and motivate the project team, addressing issues and fostering collaboration.
  • You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO's project resources, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management in regulated industries (MedTech, FinTech, Pharmaceuticals or similar).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools.
  • Strong experience managing complex regional or global projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience within Healthcare Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory/Quality, or Operations function.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methods preferred.
