This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to leverage their expertise in commercial finance, financial analysis, and budgeting to drive business growth.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling project-related costs and liabilities, reviewing and analyzing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation. They will also oversee sub-contractor onboarding, review and manage payment applications, and coordinate with the commercial and accounts payable teams on cash flow forecasting and payments.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- Experience within a finance or commercial team in the construction or related sector
- Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent)

- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial systems
- Interpersonal skills: strong team player with excellent communication skills
