Job Description:

The Mechanical Construction Manager will be responsible for leading on-site mechanical teams to meet project requirements and deadlines, as well as project scheduling and planning. They will report directly to the project manager and oversee all resources, crews of direct labor, and subcontractors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering materials, managing progress and quality, and ensuring adherence to EHS plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory
  • Manage construction sites to ensure workers adhere to construction plans and safety targets
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to deliver requirements on time
  • Liaise project progress to management and complete audit reports
  • Oversee onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Mechanical Services
  • Previous experience working on large and industrial projects
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage projects effectively under tight deadlines
