Bakery Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless operation of the Bakery Department, delivering exceptional quality products and customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Baking and finishing products to a high standard
• Driving sales through in-store initiatives
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Adhering to production planning and batch control guidelines for bakery products

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Previous food preparation experience
• Qualified baker certification (desired)
• Creativity and ability to innovate recipes
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
