Job Title: SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing keyword research, analysis, and optimization to identify target keywords for content and landing pages. They will also conduct website audits to ensure the site is optimized for search engines and user experience (technical SEO).

In addition, the specialist will optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure. They will collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation, including optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia.

The role also involves monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools. The successful candidate will perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in digital marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

Furthermore, the specialist will work closely with web developers to ensure that any technical SEO issues are resolved. They will develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority and ranking.

The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices. They will report on digital marketing performance, traffic metrics, and ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.

We are looking for someone who can manage local digital marketing efforts, optimizing for Google My Business and other local directories.

Key Responsibilities:
