About the Role:

The firm is recruiting for an experienced audit professional to help expand and develop their audit practice further. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive growth in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits for clients across various sectors, including technology, life sciences, and financial services.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with a strong track record of experience at Director or Partner level.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of audit standards and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
