Strategic Planning & Management
  • Develop and execute the organisational L&D Strategy in line with business priorities.
  • Establish and maintain Annual L&D Business Plan and manage its implementation.
  • Identify future workforce skills requirements to remain competitive.
  • Develop and manage external vendor relationships.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to diagnose skills gaps and customise training solutions.
  • Proactively collaborate with Group stakeholders to identify learning and organisational capability development needs.
Program Development
  • Design and implement programs focused on leadership, technical skills, onboarding, career progression, and succession planning.

Data-Driven Evaluation
  • Develop appropriate metrics to evaluate and report on the impact of organisational development and learning programs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
L&D Team Engagement & Purpose
  • Lead the L&D Team to develop and implement L&D strategies that support business objectives.
