Job Summary:
The Section Leader will be responsible for ensuring production operators assemble, test, and handle all products in line with documented specifications and processes. This role requires a team lead experience in a fast-paced and heavily regulated manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve hourly and daily targets by ensuring team members are busy 100% of shift.
- Counsel and retrain operators on quality issues and monitor scrap levels from area on a daily basis.
- Ensure adequate shift coverage and maintain accurate records of attendance and timekeeping.
- Conduct counseling sessions and complete file notes as required.
Requirements:
- A results-driven and quality-conscious individual with a sound understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, line documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
