Senior Finance Systems Manager

Overview

This role is responsible for leading the IT finance strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving realisation of IT finance strategies and overseeing the performance of IT finance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an IT finance strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of IT finance products and ensure timely delivery of individual product roadmaps.
  • Drive realisation of the overall IT finance strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective security, compliance, and risk management across IT finance products.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture within IT finance products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT delivery from requirements elicitation to code deployment.
  • Proven track record of shaping valuable, integrated IT finance product strategies.
  • Deep expertise across the finance functional domain and relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of managing IT finance product performance measures and metrics.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders.
