We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Procurement professional to join our team. As a key member of our public sector procurement team, you will play a vital role in sourcing goods and services for our organization.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Running tender processes in line with EU Directives.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve value for money through tendering.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient awarding of contracts.
  • Developing contract management plans.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and end users.

You will also be responsible for tracking actual spends and highlighting variances in budget and actual spend, as well as developing relevant KPIs for analysis of costs and supplier performance.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Public Procurement, minimum requirement is level 6.
  • Minimum of 3/4 years' exp. in Public Procurement.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Desired knowledge & hands-on usage of SAP and Coupa welcomed.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Commercial & business awareness.

Please note that this role requires experience in public sector or semi-state procurement departments.
