Warehouse Operations Role

This position is ideal for individuals with prior warehouse experience who can perform physical duties such as lifting, bending, and kneeling. The role may also involve operating machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks, managing grain ground piles, and performing various grain handling tasks.
  • Maintenance and operation of production equipment to ensure continuous facility operations.
  • Receiving goods, verifying packaging documentation against shipment records, and inspecting for damage.
  • Ensuring safe product storage in the warehouse, minimizing damage.
  • Operating equipment like hand trucks, forklifts, palletizers, stretch-film wrappers, labelers, or conveyors.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
