Job Description:

  • Lead the delivery of reporting and dashboarding projects, transforming individual contract line items into comprehensive business views.
  • Develop and maintain robust, sustainable, and scalable solutions, collaborating with IT, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership as needed.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to support our reporting needs, partnering with IT when required.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new concepts, technologies, and products to meet emerging requirements.
  • Direct analytics projects that impact segment-wide and enterprise-wide performance metrics.
  • Influence strategic business decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.

About The Team:

This team primarily supports network contracting initiatives but also contributes to complex analysis related to the overall business strategy for OptumRx.

Collaborate with Finance, Network Contracting, Client Contract Management, Legal, Regulatory, and Operations teams to achieve collective goals.

Work closely with databricks for data extraction and Power BI for visualizations, leveraging these tools to drive business insights.
