The role of a Research Administration Professional is to support the Head of Policy, Data and Compliance, Director of Research Development, and the academic community in research impact initiatives and activities.

The successful candidate will join the Research Development Office team working with the lifecycle team. The role will be based in an administrative capacity supporting the Head of Policy, Data and Compliance and the Director of Research Development under the remit of the Vice President for Research and Innovation.

Job Description

The role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Policy, Data and Compliance and the Director of Research Development in research impact initiatives and activities at Maynooth University. The successful candidate will work closely with the lifecycle team to support the development and implementation of research impact initiatives and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and other documents
