Villa Liaison Expert

">

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Guest Relations team as Resort Liaison Officers. As villa liaison experts, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience at our villas. Your responsibilities will include providing a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, maintaining communication with them throughout their stay, and delivering personalised concierge services.

  • Act as the link between the club and the villas.
  • Liaise directly with house owners to resolve accommodation issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Give guidance and recommendations on the club facilities and what there is to do in the local area.
  • Actively promote the club to meet weekly upselling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
  • Maintain communication with guests throughout their stay.
  • Deliver personalised concierge services.
  • Act as the link between the club and the villas.
  • Liaise directly with house owners.
  • Give guidance and recommendations on the club facilities.
  • Actively promote the club.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in guest relations, concierge services, or a related field within the hospitality industry. A full driving license and experience driving in mainland Europe are also essential.
