Job Title: Catering and Domestic Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of relief staff working in the public healthcare sector. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of meals to patients, while also contributing to the cleaning of hospital facilities.

About the Role:

  • Assist with food preparation and presentation for patients;">
  • Deliver meals to patients and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene;">
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the hospital, including floors, toilets, and other areas as required;">
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives;">
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues and patients alike.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • A proven track record of working in a similar capacity;">
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team;">
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to develop your abilities;">
  • Manual handling and HACCP Level 2 training (we can provide this at registration);">
  • Visa or GNIB (if applicable) and International Police Clearance (if lived abroad for 6+ months).">
