The UI Content Writer is responsible for creating high-quality UI content that enhances the user experience and makes products easy to adopt. This individual will work closely with design, product management, and engineering teams to develop engaging and intuitive content.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of UX copywriting principles and be able to apply them in a high-tech environment. Experience with creating UI content, preferably in a SaaS, software, or hardware environment, is also essential.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
- Experience with creating UI content in a high-tech environment, preferably a SaaS, software, or hardware environment
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and/or style guidelines
- Ability to use feedback to improve content and contribute to documentation quality
This position is a hybrid role, requiring the employee to balance in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is mandatory, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent in the office.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain UI copy for assigned product capabilities and features
- Write new copy for the UI, including labels, feature naming, and instructional in-app user communication
- Review and revise existing copy to ensure it meets current standards and user needs
- Ensure timely delivery of copy that aligns with product releases and quality standards
Familiarity with structured-authoring frameworks or tools and design tools is highly desirable.
