Project Lead Architect

Location: Portobello, Dublin.

Job Type: Permanent

Work Location: Office Based

Experience: 2+ years post registration required for the position of Project Lead Architect in a residential project setting.

Requirements

  • Lead a variety of projects through design, detailed design, tender action and site operations.
  • Take responsibility for running projects in all parts of the practice depending on current requirements.
  • Commitment to the highest standards in design and practice is essential.
  • Excellent CAD and graphic presentation skills are necessary.
  • Collaborative work with colleagues and clients is expected.
  • Pre- and post-contract project administration experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of planning and building regulations is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver architectural projects in Ireland and abroad.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and promoting the practice's services.

Package

Salary negotiable. €65,000-€75,000 per year.
