We are seeking a Compliance Oversight Coordinator to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of the Ireland Compliance Advisory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Ireland Compliance Advisory team in assessing compliance risks and executing the Compliance Oversight Program. You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing regulatory activities, risk assessments, and testing plans to ensure a robust and comprehensive monitoring and testing program.
You will engage with the business unit to foster an open and cooperative relationship, providing advisory support to assist with regulatory queries and ensuring closure of any compliance issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will contribute to analysis and interpretation of regulations and legislation, providing feedback to peers and business stakeholders as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Ireland Compliance Advisory team in the assessment of Compliance risks and the successful and timely execution of the Compliance Oversight Program
- Review and analyze regulatory and advisory activities, risk assessments, and assist in the design, oversight, and execution of testing activities
- Engage with the business unit in relation to their regulatory obligations, fostering an open, co-operative relationship, providing advisory support to assist with regulatory queries, and ensuring closure of any Compliance issues within a timely manner
