Cpl Resources - Science & Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining assets across the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain Asset Management Policies for the plant in line with regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage the Critical Asset Register and Long Term Asset Plan to optimize asset utilization.
  3. Perform root cause analysis and fault finding to ensure optimal asset performance.
  4. Supervise contractors and manage work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure activities meet safety, environmental, quality, technical, and commercial targets.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to drive change and flexibility.
Qualifications and Experience

A primary engineering degree or equivalent work experience is essential. Project management and/or other professional qualifications are also desirable.

This role requires experience and competence in operations/maintenance/engineering services of power plants and in power plant technologies, systems, and procedures.
