We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to support our team in the aviation sector.

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Drive employee engagement, DEI, and recognition programs, promoting a workplace that values diversity and inclusivity.
• Guide managers on performance, coaching, and career development, ensuring the growth and success of our employees.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and digital transformation, implementing efficient processes and systems.
• Deliver training programs to support employee growth and development, enhancing their skills and competencies.

• 4+ years' HR experience, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or high-growth sectors, demonstrating expertise in HR best practice and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, learning & development, and talent management, ensuring compliance and best practices.
