We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd., offering a rewarding career opportunity with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with individuals with complex needs, implementing leisure, health, and vocational/community programmes to promote skills development and social inclusion.
  • Manage behaviours of concern while upholding a neuro-affirmative ethos in all aspects of work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate social inclusion programmes and help individuals achieve their personal goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Therapist, ABA Therapist, Behaviour Analyst, Behavioural Therapist or in a similar role.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, ideally over the age of 12.
  • A degree in Psychology, Social Care, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Holding a BCBA certification and Masters level qualification in ABA.
  • A full EU driving licence.
