Bon Secours Health System is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager II - Endoscopy to lead the nursing team within our Endoscopy Suite.
This leadership role involves critical responsibilities aimed at ensuring high-quality patient care and optimal team performance.
The successful candidate will have the clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team within the Endoscopy Suite, ensuring high standards of care.
- Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the Endoscopy Suite.
- Quality assurance within their designated area(s), as well as overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical practice, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse on the active Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland Post Graduate Course or relevant educational course (Desirable)
- Healthcare Management Qualification (Desirable)
- 5 years post registration experience in an acute Hospital setting.
- At least two of those years being within the area of Endoscopy.
