Job Description:
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents with intellectual disabilities.
">Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered care and support to residents with their daily living needs, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments.">
- Act as a key worker for named residents where appropriate, supporting them to achieve their individual goals and education.">
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery to residents.">
- Assist with the co-ordination of shifts and supervise other staff members under your direction.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.">
- Have experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with persons with an intellectual disability.">
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and their application to service provision is essential.">
- Person-centred planning and national disability standards knowledge is also required.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.">
