We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our customers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and informative.
  • Drive retail sales through effective link selling and advising customers of promotions in store.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, accurately and securely performing cash management duties.
  • Ensure the pharmacy is always presented to the highest level, maintaining company merchandising standards.
  • Build customer loyalty by delivering great service and tailoring conversations to ensure customers feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer engagement and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude, with a keen interest in retail pharmacy.
  • Previous OTC sales and customer service experience.
