Automation Engineer for Customer Lifecycle Management

Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a leading global financial organization to hire a QA Automation Engineer to support the Customer Lifecycle Management Project.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automation strategies for regression, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT for CLM tools.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks during project phases.
- Develop and implement automation frameworks and API solutions for Fenergo FenX.
- Test data migration and integration using SQL for validation and reconciliation.
- Create automated test scripts for functional and integration testing across CRM, KYC tools, and core banking systems.
- Support cloud-based deployments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute manual and automated tests, report defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Conduct performance testing and assist with UAT.
- 6+ years of IT experience, focusing on test automation in financial services.
- Experience with Fenergo Fen-X or similar platforms Essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification preferred.
- Experience with client lifecycle management (CLM) processes and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Minimum Stamp 4 Visa required.
