You will also be responsible for fostering, encouraging, and developing the self-help and social skills of each individual supported by our services so as to achieve the greatest degree of autonomy possible. You will facilitate each individual supported by our services to actively participate and integrate into the community, through the use of generic community facilities.

We are seeking an individual who has a minimum of a QQI Level 5 Major Award on the QQI Framework or equivalent qualification in Community/Health or Social Care. You should have one year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
