We are currently seeking a skilled Clerical Officer to join our medical administration department on a fixed-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments system and process referrals
  • Maintain records and filing systems to effectively manage information
  • Assist in preparation of data for management reports as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite (SAP or SharePoint experience an advantage)
  • Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
