Job Description:

  • Lead and scale our global supply chain and logistics strategy, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our big growth goals.
  • Drive team performance by leading resourcing, planning, training, and development, while fostering a motivated, high-engagement culture.
  • Lead quality, compliance, and audit efforts across our operations and partners, driving a world-class production and total quality system.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and manage key stakeholders globally, with travel as needed to support international operations.
  • Owning our ERP system and leading data-driven IT improvements, delivering accurate forecasting to support product planning, sales, and procurement across the business.
  • Play a senior role in hitting operational targets and driving continuous improvement by using KPIs to align and integrate teams across logistics and supply chain functions.

About You:

  • A relevant degree and supply chain qualifications (e.g., APICS).
  • An experienced operations professional with a supply chain/production background.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and scaling a supply chain function across international markets.
  • A good understanding of quality management, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-team collaboration and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions with the appropriate data and business impact/results in mind.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams and customers.
