Advanced Cloud Architectural Strategist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of our on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Ensure day-to-day reliability, security, and performance across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, servers.
• Lead/mentor junior team members and act as a go-to escalation point.
• Drive hardening, patching, identity, backup/DR, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and future growth.
• Partner with vendors to deliver best-in-class outcomes across networking, virtualisation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Influence roadmaps, standards, and procurement.

• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership role.
• Senior-level systems administration in a hybrid cloud setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with vendor engagement and procurement processes is a plus.
• Cyber Security Oversight, play an active and guiding part in our cyber preparedness while working with our partners.
