Job Title

Project Administrator - Data Centre Operations

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference in the world by working in data centre operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project delivery by managing and maintaining high standards of document control and project administration across systems and sites.
  • Oversee classification, indexing, archiving, and retrieval of documentation across SharePoint project folders.
  • Set up and maintain project templates, workflows, and directory while tracking document reviews and supporting users with timely reporting and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Skills:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Aconex, including project setup, workflow management, template configuration, user administration, and producing reports.
  • Proven track record in a document control or project administration role within a construction, engineering, or data centre environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint for document storage, structuring, and collaboration.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and enforcing document control protocols.
