GPU Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of GPU drivers for industry-standard APIs such as OpenGL ES, Vulkan, OpenCL, and DirectX.

This role will involve designing and implementing innovative features, supporting the full hardware development lifecycle (pre and post-silicon), diagnosing and resolving complex software issues, fine-tuning software for maximum performance and efficiency, creating robust unit tests, and partnering with game developers and OEMs to bring incredible experiences to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing innovative features to enhance our GPU drivers
  • Supporting the full hardware development lifecycle from pre-silicon to post-silicon phases
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex software issues that may arise during testing and deployment
  • Fine-tuning software for maximum performance and efficiency across various platforms
  • Creating robust unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software
  • Partnering with game developers and OEMs to deliver exceptional gaming experiences

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Expertise in C/C++ programming and a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive independently and collaboratively
  • A highly motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach with a keen interest in computer graphics, machine learning, or GPGPU
  • Proficiency in graphics APIs like OpenGL ES, Vulkan, DX11/12, or OpenCL, and experience with game development, game engines, or rendering techniques is desirable
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and RTOS, as well as version control systems like Git, is a plus
