About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human resources function and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives. As a Strategic Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent while adhering to legal requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying opportunities for external partnerships.
- Review and update HR policies, strategies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and adherence to legislative requirements.
- Provide HR advisory support and guidance to departmental managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and performance reviews.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
- Certification in HR or a related field is preferred but not required.
