The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to join our Dublin HQ team. The ideal candidate will work on exciting national and international projects for a growing agency with offices in London and Amsterdam.

This is a fast-paced role requiring collaboration with creative and digital teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in both live and virtual event production and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Devising, planning, and executing world-class event management projects for blue-chip corporate clients globally.
  2. Effectively managing senior client relationships from concept development to post-event evaluation.
  3. Managing and leading events teams on various projects.
  4. Identifying and winning new business from existing and new clients.
  5. Collaborating with senior management colleagues to develop strategic initiatives.
  6. Networking within the industry and enhancing Verve's reputation among key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

  1. A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant event experience.
  2. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional client service.
  3. Proven knowledge of event production and management.
  4. A track record of conceptualizing, creating, producing, and executing world-class events for premium global brands.
  5. Effective management and leadership skills for internal project teams.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  7. Commercial acumen and strong business development skills.
  8. Exceptional negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.
