Job Title

Regional Sales Director for SMB Germany


We are seeking a skilled sales professional to lead our SMB Germany team and drive growth across the Salesforce clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a significant impact on our business.


  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in Germany
  • Manage and develop a team of sales managers and account executives
  • Provide support and mentorship to direct reports
  • Set and execute aggressive customer acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market execution and pipeline generation initiatives
  • Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent in the sales organization

Requirements:


  • Proven leadership experience leading complex sales organizations
  • Success working within a highly matrixed organization
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Fluency in English and German
