About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Engineer. As a key member of our security group, you will play a critical role in protecting the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our manufacturing environments.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, manufacturing, and global operations. You will design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls across OT systems, collaborate closely with internal teams and external CM partners, and ensure alignment with our global Information Security OT standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement cybersecurity controls across our facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to ensure the secure deployment of equipment and systems.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity controls for CM partners, including onboarding, technical assessments, and remediation tracking.
  • Maintain network segmentation and firewall rule sets for OT environments, minimizing exposure to IT systems and external threats.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts within OT systems, supporting incident investigation and triage.
  • Conduct risk assessments and assist with audits related to OT and CM cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • You have experience securing ICS, SCADA, or other OT/IIoT platforms in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • You understand network segmentation and firewall architecture as applied in OT contexts.
  • You are familiar with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443.
  • You've supported cybersecurity assessments, vendor security reviews, and remediation efforts in manufacturing environments.

Your Background

  • A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in OT/ICS/SCADA security, with a focus on network architecture and device security.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, and incident response.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
