Service Technician Role

As a skilled technician, you will play a vital part in enhancing our customers' experiences by providing exceptional service on various furniture pieces. Your primary responsibility will be to visit clients in their homes to deliver outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble new ranges in floor displays and occasionally items in customers' homes.
  • Provide comprehensive service solutions for upholstery, recliner sofas, tables, and bedframes.
  • Attend to minor issues on-site and submit thorough reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • A fluent English speaker with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar field, preferably with expertise in furniture.
