Job Purpose
This role is critical to the success of our payroll operations, requiring a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of payroll services to our employees. The successful candidate will lead a team of payroll specialists to ensure efficient, on-time, and compliant payroll, while maintaining effective communication with multiple stakeholders.

  • Lead end-to-end enhancement of payroll process review for weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Review and sign-off on payroll in line with company policy and best practices in payroll controls.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and automate reporting.
  • Partner with our payroll software provider to optimize software use.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of payroll specialists to ensure seamless payroll processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Effective communication with multiple stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll management, with experience working for a similar scale company. A Level 8 Bachelor's Degree (240 credits) in a relevant area, such as Commerce, Business, or Accounting, is essential. In-depth knowledge of Irish employment tax, supported by a recognized qualification from ITI, IPASS, or similar, is also required. Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and a track record of leading and developing teams are essential for this role.
