Job Description:

TN Ireland requires an experienced legal secretary to provide administrative support to lawyers and legal executives in the firm. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, and prior experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include preparation of legal documents and correspondence, effective management of diaries, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met, transferring, scanning, and updating legal files and records to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and preparing briefs and assisting with other tasks as required.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role, excellent typing and administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
