The Company has delivered substantial solutions for substantial enterprise accounts. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Account Director - Logistics in the North East Region to join our team.
Job Overview
The Account Director - Logistics will be responsible for increasing the scope of our engagement in defined enterprise accounts, some of whom are existing accounts and some you will bring forward from your own network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts.
- Proactively understand client needs, challenges, and long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and solutions aligned with their specific goals.
- Foster ongoing communication and collaboration to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and qualify new enterprise-level sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A strong and current network in Logistics Control or Resource Planning Solutions and/or Logistics Operations in large scale enterprises.
- At minimum 5 years of experience of successful selling of relevant solutions and services within the Logistics environments at Enterprise Level.
- Ideal skillset includes history of Meeting/Exceeding Sales Goals, Strong Prospecting, Presentation, and Closing Skills; Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs (Solution Selling), Territory Management, Market Knowledge of the Life Science Industry, Self-Motivation for Sales/Results, High Energy Level, and Professionalism.
