Our Net Zero Strategy is driving innovation across Ireland and the UK. The Developing Businesses Commercial Team works closely with pioneering businesses to offer investment appraisal, business case development, contracting strategies, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust financial models, including sensitivity analysis, to identify key risks and mitigants.
  • Assess, challenge, and enhance business cases and investment decision-making processes.
  • Provide financial/commercial support for contract negotiations and commercial projects.
  • Perform financial due diligence on potential acquisitions or review of externally performed due diligence as appropriate.
  • Manage external financial advisors, including tax, accounting, and risk management.

The successful candidate will advise on and influence decision-making, reviewing and making recommendations on commercial and strategic opportunities. We're looking for a professional with effective interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. A third-level qualification and at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience are essential.
