Hotel Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising all sales and revenue generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop new and strengthen existing business opportunities with a particular emphasis on growing the hotels wedding, corporate and events market share.
  • To grow the local leisure sector for food, beverage, and other leisure-based offerings.
  • Monitor service quality via receipt of client feedback, both positive and constructive and communicate to operations team.

Requirements:
  • A strong proven track record within the hotel industry in a sales role.
  • Strong communications and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage own work schedule/agenda.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills.

About This Role:
This is a full-time position working an average of 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends should business streams require this.
