- Manage a team in maintaining and developing relationships with clients, including coordination of service offerings from other departments.
- Lead an integrated client service team working on various assignments to achieve client satisfaction and firm-wide financial goals.
- Contribute to collective targets for fee collection, billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals.
- Train student trainees and manage their workloads.
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
About you:
- AITI qualified or a qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Manager, or equivalent in a practice environment.
- Experience working with Irish and international clients to provide innovative tax solutions.
- Managing and assisting with specific consultancy assignments in all areas of tax, including corporate tax, VAT, income tax, CGT, and CAT.
- Liaising with Revenue on behalf of clients and managing portfolios of corporate tax and VAT compliance.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to provide guidance to others.
- Strong technical background.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer-literacy skills.
