Career Opportunity for Senior Nursing Professional
We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to lead our theatre team in Limerick.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and best practices.
- Providing expert leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Maintaining quality assurance within designated areas, optimizing resource allocation.
- Fostering staff development and promoting evidence-based practice initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, with a minimum of two years in the specialty or related area. They will have strong clinical, managerial, and administrative skills, with experience in Electronic Health Records and preceptorship.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
