We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our team in Galway, Ireland. The ideal candidate is passionate about high street fashion and has a proven track record of driving sales growth and productivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise store figures: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and customer service strategies, ensuring excellent results.
  • Cultivate and lead a strong team: Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: Ensure store visual merchandising meets company policies and procedures, resulting in an engaging shopping experience.
  • Implement company policies and procedures: Develop and maintain effective processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop interpersonal and communication skills: Build a loyal customer base by fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Retail Operations Manager in a fast-paced fashion retailer.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills: Develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Experience managing a large team: Effectively manage a team of 10+ employees, providing direction and motivation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong fashion merchandising knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and apply this expertise to drive sales growth and profitability.
