We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project HSE Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project HSE management, with a strong focus on compliance, risk assessment, and training delivery. A Level 8 qualification in Health and Safety and Chartered membership of IOSH are essential requirements for this role.

You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external auditors to ensure that all aspects of HSE are managed effectively. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain effective HSE policies and procedures across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to project safety advisors to ensure consistent application of company HSE policy.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including inspections, audits, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and manage HSE risks, and develop strategies to prevent incidents.
