Our centre is based in Wicklow and provides high-quality services to young people. We promote a therapeutic approach, where reflective practice is at the core of all engagements.

We work with young people aged under 18 who are outside their country of origin, may be in need of international protection, and are separated from their parents or caregivers. Many have experienced trauma, face problems with separation and bereavement, social isolation, language barriers, emotional and mental health issues, discrimination, and racism.

Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience are invited to apply. The successful candidate will possess:

  • 3 years' experience working at a social care grade with young people
  • Strong experience empowering others to achieve and personal attributes of positivity, flexibility, problem-solving, empathy, and maturity
