Law Firm Secretary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Secretary to join our Plaintiff Litigation team at Sedgwick Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, assisting solicitors and partners to deliver top-notch services.
Job Overview- Providing administrative support, preparing correspondence, documents, and other materials from digital dictation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Creating, modifying, and formatting legal documents and templates, adhering to set standards.
- Effectively managing files, including electronic file opening, inputting management information, filing, scanning, photocopying, and archiving.
- Developing and maintaining accurate briefs and records.
- Ensuring seamless diary management to guarantee daily operations run smoothly.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative capacity within a law firm or related organisation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, enabling the timely completion of tasks.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Dictaphone typing skills (Min 50wpm).
