The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years + in a Senior Clinical role and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Clinical Governance, quality, and resident safety procedures.
This role involves supporting the Director of Governance in ensuring that effective Clinical Governance, quality, and resident safety procedures are in place.
- Work with Directors of Nursing to ensure that the quality of care and experience of every resident is monitored and developed on an ongoing basis.
- Support the Directors of Nursing in reporting serious incidents to the relevant external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining a physical environment that is safe, peaceful, and comfortable for residents and employees alike.
The Regional Care Services Manager will work closely with the Directors of Nursing to identify and implement any training needs and ensure that the EPICCARE system is up to date in all Leinster homes.
They will promote a culture of learning from critical incidents within the organisation to ensure that lessons learned are disseminated within the organisation.
