Job Opportunity

This is a great chance to take on a challenging role as a Project Manager. You will work on various projects across different sectors including pharmaceutical, technology, healthcare, commercial & retail, education, and more.

The position involves leading marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that project activities are executed in accordance with established requirements.
  2. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve any issues that may impact project delivery.
  3. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders, and address any concerns or deviations from project plans.
  4. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables into existing infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing marine or port-related projects, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to marine and port operations.
