Lead Project Engineer Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled project lead to contribute to our company's growth in Ireland. As a key member of the technical engineering department, you will play a vital role in spearheading process improvements, capital projects, and lean initiatives across multiple functions.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  2. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain scope, budget, and timelines.
  4. Present project updates to senior management and external committees as required.

You will be responsible for designing and qualifying equipment, assisting in execution planning, system boundary definition, and quality risk management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project/process/validation/CQV engineering role.
  • Strong project management and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sterile filling processes and equipment, particularly aseptic processing.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading capital projects and possess significant expertise in managing technical teams through sustaining operations and technical transfer projects.


Key Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with lean principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with equipment design and qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
